Teach Robots
AI companies are training on massive amounts of video, screens and voice from real people. Those people should be getting paid. Teach Robots is our talent agency for the AI era: a six-minute interview, matched paid projects, human-reviewed uploads and a ledger where the contributor keeps 70%.

How the machine works
Quick interview
Nine questions Rudy asks every contributor: trade, gear, settings, languages, hours, ground rules.
Matched projects
Egocentric video, pro-software screen capture, voice, expert annotation — each unlocks only for people who qualify.
Upload, tracked
Chunked uploads up to 20 GB or a share link. Every file shows approved, partial, rejected or pending.
Human review
A reviewer approves minutes, not promises. Rights and consent are stored per asset.
70/30 ledger
The contributor's 70% share posts the moment a paid upload is approved. Payouts from $20.
Buyer supply
Labs and marketplaces get rights-clean, documented data from a network we recruit and pay.
Questions
What is Teach Robots?
Rooster's contributor program for AI-training data. People with real skills record first-person video, screen workflows or voice; AI labs license it for training only; Rooster handles matching, review, rights paperwork and payout and keeps a 30% agent cut.
How much do contributors earn?
Published market rates for accepted first-person footage run roughly $3 to $15 per hour of approved video, higher for trade and industrial settings. Contributors keep 70% of whatever the buyer pays; the exact rate is shown before anyone records. These are market ranges, not a Rooster guarantee.
Who owns the footage?
The contributor. Each accepted upload is licensed for AI training only, per project, and unlicensed footage can be revoked any time.
Can a brand or agency run this for its own community?
Yes. The same stack — interview matcher, project board, chunked uploads, human review desk and 70/30 ledger — can run under your brand for your audience. Text Rudy.
Is the matcher on this page real?
It runs the same qualification rules the live app uses, in your browser, and stores nothing. The roster count is read live from rooster.cash.
Your audience has skills.
Labs will pay for them.
The whole stack — matcher, project board, chunked uploads, review desk, 70/30 ledger — can run under your brand for your community, and Rooster handles the buyer side. One line to Rudy; a person reads it and answers.
