Results & Claims Disclosure

What we claim — and what we don't.

Version v1 · Updated September 9, 2026

Rooster Agents is a done-for-you marketing service. We build and run the website, content, search visibility, ads, reviews and the SMS agent for one business per market, for a monthly retainer plus whatever you spend on ads. This page is the plain-English record of what we claim about results — and what we refuse to claim.

1. We do not guarantee results

No guarantee of leads, bookings, rankings, revenue, or a return on your spend. Ever. Marketing moves demand; it does not create it on command, and we do not control your market, your prices, your capacity, your follow-up speed or your competition.

2. We publish no "average client result" — on purpose

You will not find an "our clients average X% more leads" line anywhere on this site, because we do not yet have the evidence to support one. Rooster is a young agency with a small roster. An average drawn from a handful of accounts over a few months is marketing, not proof, and it would be the exact thing we criticise other agencies for.

When we do have a verified measurement across a meaningful number of clients over a meaningful period, it gets published here — with the method, the date range, the number of accounts, and the accounts we had to exclude and why. Until that line exists on this page, assume no typical result has been established, and treat any number you hear from us as coming from one specific account, not from a track record.

Our sister product does exactly that with its member earnings, live, including the zeros: rooster.cash/typical-results. That is the standard this page will be held to.

3. What we DO publish, and how to check it

4. Testimonials and endorsements

Testimonials are individual experiences and are not evidence of typical results. Where anyone is paid, comped, discounted or otherwise rewarded for a testimonial or a post, that connection is disclosed on the post (#ad or equivalent), as the FTC's endorsement rules require.

5. Things we do not do

6. Projections, if you ever see one

A proposal may contain an illustration — "if your close rate held and your budget doubled, the math looks like this". That is arithmetic, not a forecast, and the assumptions must be written next to it. If any Rooster page, deck, email or text ever shows you a projection without its assumptions, tell us: it is a breach of our own standard, and we will correct it.

7. Your money

Fees, billing, cancellation and the terms of any free build are in our Terms of Service. Ad spend is yours and is paid to the ad platforms, not to us. You can stop at any time under those terms — we do not lock a business into a long contract to hide a lack of results.

8. Corrections

If you believe anything Rooster has published overstates a result, text Rudy at +1 (717) 562-6072 or email [email protected] and we will correct or remove it. Texting Rudy is opt-in: message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Substantiation for every claim we publish — the source, the date, and the raw figure — is kept on file and available to any client, platform reviewer or regulator who asks.
