1. Independent company

Rooster AI Agents is an independent company. This site is not a part of, and is not endorsed by, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), Google LLC (Google, YouTube), Microsoft, LinkedIn, X Corp., TikTok or any other platform we mention.

Rooster Agents is a member of the OpenAI Partner Network. Partner status identifies our program tier. It is not an OpenAI endorsement of any particular Rooster service or a guarantee of business results.

All trademarks, logos and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

2. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee leads, bookings, rankings, AI-answer placement, traffic, revenue or any return on your ad spend. Results depend on your market, offer, pricing, capacity, follow-up speed, competition and platform changes we do not control. 3. Testimonials and case studies

Testimonials, screenshots and case studies show one client's experience over a stated period. They are not typical and are not a prediction of your results. Where a figure comes from a third party, we cite the public source.

4. AI and automation

Rudy and our agents are automated AI systems, not people. They can make mistakes. Website copy, posts, ads, reports and replies created with AI may contain errors or out-of-date information. If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct it.

Please do not send health, financial-account or other sensitive personal information by text.

5. Scans, demos and free tools

AI-visibility scans, map-pack grids, site and speed audits, and demo or sample sites are point-in-time measurements or illustrations based on public information. Search engines and AI assistants change their answers often, so a later check may differ. Demo and sample pages are built to show what we can do. They are not live client websites, and they do not transfer ownership unless we agree in writing.
