These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of roosteragents.ai and the "Just Text Rudy" text-messaging service, operated by Smart Global Service LLC ("Rooster AI Agents," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or texting Rudy, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or messaging service. You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

2. The Service

Rooster AI Agents provides AI-assisted marketing services and demonstrations, including automated text-message conversations with our assistant, "Rudy." Rudy is an automated system; while we work to keep information accurate and helpful, responses are provided on an as-is basis.

3. Free Website Revamp Offer

  • The free revamp is a promotional demonstration offered at our discretion, limited to one free revamp per phone number.
  • It is a sample built to show what we can do; it does not transfer ownership of any final production website unless we agree otherwise in writing, and it may be discontinued or modified at any time.
  • We make no guarantee of specific marketing results, rankings, traffic, or revenue.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By entering your number you agree to receive text messages from Rudy at Rooster AI Agents. These messaging terms are part of these Terms of Service.

  • Program: account/verification codes and messages about the free website revamp and related services.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email rudy@roosteragents.ai.
  • Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the number you provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by: submitting a number you are not authorized to use; attempting to abuse the free offer through multiple numbers or automated means; interfering with the site's operation; or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Rooster AI Agents name, logo, site content, and software are owned by Smart Global Service LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Global Service LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or messaging service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or messaging service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
