Teams of agents. One brain. A desk where you say yes.
Most “AI office” videos are an animation of a dashboard. This one is drawn from our own schedule and run log: every desk is a real agent, a room lights up only when that team actually worked today, and anything that goes out stops at the owner’s desk first. Walk the floor, then give it a job.
Read, not drawn. Desks come from the live schedule, glow from the run log, and the brain count from our own skill audit. Names of clients, jobs and tools never leave our workspace.

An office video vs. an office
The idea is right: teams, one brain, parallel work, a human yes. The difference is whether any of it is running when the camera is off.
| The animated version | This office |
|---|---|
| Desks drawn to look busy | 120 agents, one desk each, read from the live schedule |
| “One shared brain” as a glowing prop | A brain of 378 written skills, scored by our own audit, read before every job |
| A task board recorded once | Real runs from the last few hours, plus a board you can drive yourself |
| “Nothing big goes out without my OK” — said in a voiceover | The yes is a desk on the floor: outbound work stops there by design |
| Full build behind a link in bio | Open in your browser, no sign-up, no download |
Who works here
Each team, what it does, how many agents sit at its desks, and how many times it ran this week.
| Team | Job | Agents | Runs, 7 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead Desk | Finds and qualifies new buyers, captures every form and scan, and alerts the owner the minute one lands. | 10 | 520 |
| Content Studio | Blogs, reels, shorts and daily social: writes the hook, cuts the clip, builds the thumbnail, queues the post. | 30 | 60 |
| Pipeline | Books demos, follows up, answers the inbox and unsticks deals that went quiet. | 7 | 345 |
| Build Room | Ships and maintains client sites, catalogs, alerts and owner task lists. | 17 | 70 |
| Watchtower | Checks sites, logins, payment rails and inboxes on a clock, so a break is fixed before a client sees it. | 19 | 34 |
| Briefing Room | Scores the brain, writes the digests and files what we learned so nobody forgets it. | 7 | 25 |
| Search & AI Answers | Tracks rankings and whether AI assistants name our clients, then closes the gaps. | 4 | 4 |
| Ad Room | Reads the ad accounts, cuts waste first, and launches nothing without a human yes. | 5 | 15 |
| Research Lab | Collects market data and new specialist knowledge every day and feeds it to the brain. | 10 | 3 |
| Money Desk | Month-end numbers, subscription sync and failed-payment rescue. | 4 | 0 |
| Operations | Everything that keeps the machine running: refreshes, feeds, inbox sweeps and clean-up. | 7 | 20 |
What makes an office work
Narrow jobs, side by side
Each agent does one job it can be checked on. Split work goes to sub-agents in parallel and comes back to one board.
Your business, written down
Offer, buyers, voice, rules and last week’s lessons, read before every action. One team learns it, every team has it.
Fast inside, careful outside
Drafts, checks and research run on their own. Posts, texts, emails and spend wait for a yes, and every decision is logged.
Questions
What is an AI agent office?
It is a way to see a team of AI agents the way you would see staff: grouped into teams by the job they do, each with its own desk, all reading from one shared brain. On this page every desk is a real agent on our schedule and a room lights up only when that team actually ran in the last 24 hours.
Why does a business need teams of agents instead of one chatbot?
One chat window is a person doing the work with extra steps. Teams split the work the way a business does: one group finds leads, one follows up, one makes content, one watches that nothing is broken. Each agent has a narrow job, so it can be checked, and several run at the same time.
What is the shared brain?
Your business written down where every agent reads it before it acts: what you sell, who buys, how you sound, your rules and what was learned last week. When one team learns something, every other team has it on its next run. That is why the office gets better instead of starting from zero.
What are sub-agents and why run them in parallel?
When a job splits cleanly, such as editing three clips or checking forty sites, the team hands each piece to its own sub-agent and they work at the same time. The work comes back together on one board, so a job that would take an afternoon takes minutes.
What needs a human yes?
Anything that leaves the building or cannot be undone: a post, a text, an email, an ad budget change, an invoice. In our office that work stops at the owner's desk and waits. Approve it and it goes; hold it and nothing is sent. Every decision is logged either way.
Is the office on this page real?
The floor is. Desks, teams, run counts and the finished work on the board are read from our own schedule and run log and refreshed every few hours. The talk-to-it box is a simulation that runs in your browser so you can feel how it works without anything being sent.
Can I get an AI office for my business?
Yes. Yours gets the teams your business needs, a brain written from your offer and your voice, and an owner's desk on your phone where outbound work waits for your yes. Text Rudy one line and ask; a person reads it and answers.
