The Expert Vault

Everything your website says, a machine could have written. The part it can't write is still in your head. This gets it out in ten minutes of texting — and only keeps what the AI couldn't have guessed.

Try it on a real question

The question a customer asks: “When do you tear the drywall out instead of drying it in place?”

Two gates, because only one of them is enough to fool you

Reasoning density

Does the answer contain decisions? Conditions, thresholds, the order things happen in, the ways it goes wrong. Adjectives score zero — and cost you points.

Unguessability

Scored against what a general AI says to the same question. On 20 real questions the model already covered a median 48.5% of what a practitioner said — and missed 21 of 21 of their specific numbers. Those numbers are the asset.

Nothing thin ships

Under the line, we don't publish and we don't pad. A follow-up question fires: “put a number on it — at what point exactly does that change?”

Every rule keeps its receipt

Each published rule carries the sentence the owner said it in. Your agent quotes you, or says it needs to check. It never invents a number.

Questions

What is the Expert Vault?

A ten-minute text interview that captures how the owner of a business actually decides things — the numbers, the cut-offs, the cases where the usual advice is wrong — and turns it into their AI agent's brain and answer pages the search engines and AI assistants can cite.

Why not just let AI write the answers?

Because it already did, for everyone. On twenty real questions we measured a general-purpose model reproducing a median 48.5% of what a knowledgeable practitioner says. Publishing that half is publishing what the machine already knows. The Vault keeps the other half.

What stops a thin answer from being published?

Two gates. Reasoning density scores whether the answer contains decisions — conditions, thresholds, order, failure modes — instead of adjectives. Unguessability scores it against what a general AI says to the same question. Below the line, nothing publishes: a targeted follow-up question fires instead.

Does anything get invented?

No. Every rule we publish or feed to an agent carries the sentence the owner said it in. If a caller asks something the owner never covered, the agent says so and offers to check — it never fills the gap with a number.

Ten minutes of texting. An asset nobody can copy.

Your competitors can copy your website this afternoon. They cannot copy the way you decide.
