I texted Rudy but nothing posted
When you send Rudy a photo or video, he builds your content and posts it to your connected channels. If a post didn't go out, it's almost always one of these.
- No account connected yet — you have to connect at least one account before anything can post. Open the app → connect any network (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and more — all available on the free trial).
- You didn't confirm — for some flows Rudy asks you to reply GO to approve before it posts. Check the thread for a question you didn't answer.
- The media didn't attach — make sure the photo/video actually sent as an attachment, not just described in text.
- Open the app and confirm at least one channel shows Connected.
- Re-send your photo/video to Rudy.
- If he asks, reply GO to approve.
Text Rudy "did my post go out?" any time and he'll tell you the status and the fix in the same reply.
